Job Title: Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager Industry: Multi-domain- Manufacturing, IT, and Fashion Job Summary We are seeking a versatile digital and social media marketer to enhance our online presence across the fashion, IT, and industrial sectors. This role involves creating compelling visuals and narratives while planning, executing, and optimizing integrated campaigns across search, social media, email, and SEO. As a creative and data-driven professional, you will manage both paid and organic campaigns, improve community engagement, and develop comprehensive marketing strategies. Your expertise should also include analyzing performance through Google Analytics and market automation dashboards. Strong collaboration, and analytical skills, are essential. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Planning & Campaign Management • Digital Strategy: Develop and maintain an integrated digital-marketing plan covering paid search (SEM/PPC), display ads, SEO, email marketing, and affiliate partnerships. • Social Calendar: Build a monthly content calendar for organic and paid social campaigns, select platforms, define themes, and set posting frequency aligned to product launches and seasonal promotions. 2. Community Engagement & Influencer Relations • Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews across social media channels; and foster two-way conversations. • Influencer Partnerships: Identify, onboard, and coordinate with fashion and industrial-sector influencers; manage deliverables and track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions). 3. Analytics & Reporting • Performance Tracking: Use Google Analytics, platform insights, and marketing-automation dashboards to monitor traffic, leads, conversion rates, cost-per-acquisition, engagement metrics, and social growth. • Insights & Optimization: Conduct regular audits, generate reports with actionable recommendations, and iterate campaign strategies based on data trends and A/B-test outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field. • 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, graphic design, and copywriting. • Proven track record of running successful paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads) and driving organic growth. • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work (digital and print) and writing samples (product pages, blogs, and emails). Key Skills & Tools • Design: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) • Digital Marketing: Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, HubSpot/Mailchimp, Facebook Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager • Content & SEO: CMS platforms (WordPress), keyword research tools, excellent command of English, familiarity with AP/Chicago style • Personal Attributes: Creative thinker, data-driven decision-maker, excellent communicator, collaborative team player, comfortable juggling multiple deadlines.
