Role Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet our growing organizational needs. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ludhiana, where the specialist will manage the full recruitment cycle, collaborate with hiring managers, and create effective strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates. Responsibilities include posting job openings, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, building a pipeline of potential candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role will also evaluate and refine recruitment approaches to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to collaborate with team members and candidates.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Analytical skills to forecast hiring needs and develop effective talent strategies.
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in recruitment or HR-related positions is a plus but not mandatory.
