The Role

We are seeking a proactive and strategic

Talent Acquisition Specialist

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing effective sourcing strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and help build a strong, diverse, and high-performing team.

The Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and desired candidate profiles.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and talent pipelines.
Conduct initial phone screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Schedule interviews, communicate updates, and ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Maintain accurate and organized data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to support employer branding initiatives.
Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting on hiring progress and pipeline health.
Stay informed about market trends, competitive intelligence, and best practices in talent acquisition.

The Desired Attributes

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
2-3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
