Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive Location: Thane, Mumbai Working Days: Monday to Saturday About HRMATIX Tech Pvt Ltd HRMATIX Tech Pvt Ltd is a fast-scaling organisation delivering end-to-end HR solutions and technical support services across Oil & Gas, Engineering, Petrochemical, and Start-up industries. We specialise in talent strategy, workforce planning, and closing the talent gap through precise and process-driven recruitment solutions. Position Overview We are hiring an experienced and result-driven Talent Acquisition Executive with a strong background in sourcing, screening, and closing mid to senior-level roles. The candidate must have at least 1 year of core experience in Talent Acquisition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple mandates under tight timelines. Key Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Recruitment Independently manage the full recruitment cycle – understanding job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting initial HR interviews, coordinating with hiring teams, and ensuring timely closures. Handle hiring for technical and non-technical positions across domains like engineering, HR, operations, and sales. Source candidates through job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn), references, headhunting, and internal databases. 2. Stakeholder Coordination Work closely with internal department heads and client representatives to understand manpower needs. Coordinate interview schedules, follow up on feedback, and drive the hiring process to closure. 3. Candidate Engagement & Screening Conduct HR rounds and evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit. Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the process. 4. Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate trackers and dashboards for open positions, interview status, and offer pipelines. Support offer generation, documentation, and smooth onboarding. 5. Employer Branding & Recruitment Initiatives Support employer branding strategies, hiring events, and online outreach for hard-to-fill roles. Represent HRMATIX in hiring campaigns and industry-specific job engagements. Qualifications & Skills Education: MBA or PGDM in Human Resources (mandatory). Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment. Experience in technical hiring or engineering recruitment will be preferred. Technical & Soft Skills: Proficiency in job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools. Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
