Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending job offers. They will also work on developing and managing employer branding strategies to attract top talent. Regular interviews and collaboration with hiring managers will be essential parts of the role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and HR software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
