We manage end-to-end services including manpower, supply chain coordination, and project support with a focus on operational excellence and client satisfaction. Role Overview We are looking for a Logistics Assistant with a minimum of 1 year of experience in supply chain and logistics management. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, have strong MS Excel skills, and be capable of coordinating shipments, documentation, and vendor communication efficiently. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing day-to-day logistics operations including dispatch, shipment tracking, and inventory support Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and transporters for timely material movement Maintain accurate documentation including invoices, delivery challans, and shipping records Track shipments and update status reports to internal teams and clients Prepare and maintain Excel-based reports for logistics data, stock movements, and delivery schedules Support the supply chain team in procurement follow-ups and material planning Communicate effectively with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth operations Handle basic documentation for import/export or inter-state shipments if required Qualifications and Skills Required Education Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management Logistics or related field Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in supply chain and logistics Exposure to industrial or project-based logistics will be an advantage Technical Skills Strong proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and data analysis Familiarity with inventory and logistics documentation Knowledge of basic supply chain processes and shipment coordination Soft Skills Very fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently Strong coordination and follow-up skills with vendors and clients Why Join HRMATIX Tech Pvt Ltd Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced logistics environment Exposure to end-to-end supply chain and project logistics operations Career growth in a company catering to global industries
