Job Title: HR Recruiter Location: Thane, Mumbai Working Days: Monday to Saturday About the Role We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying the best talent across technical and non-technical domains, and supporting various HR functions. Key Responsibilities handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Develop and post job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce planning. Conduct telephonic, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability. Maintain and update the internal database of applicants and employee records. Schedule and coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and ensure timely communication. Assist in employer branding, engagement initiatives, and other HR administrative tasks. Support campus recruitment drives and walk-in interviews as needed. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's in HR is added advantage 0 to 2 years of experience in recruitment (freshers with excellent communication are welcome). 2+ Years of experience for experienced professionals Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet tight deadlines. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of ATS tools is an advantage.
