Job Title: HR Executive Location: Ahemdabad Thaltej Working Days: Monday-Saturday About Us: We are a dynamic organisation committed to building strong teams and fostering a positive workplace culture. Our HR function plays a key role in driving organisational growth, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. We provide opportunities for learning, innovation, and professional development while ensuring a collaborative and inclusive environment. Roles and Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Support onboarding processes, ensuring smooth induction of new employees. Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases with accuracy. Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and other documentation as needed. Help coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and internal events. Provide support in payroll preparation and statutory compliance. Handle basic employee queries and escalate as required. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 months of internship experience in HR or related functions. Familiarity with HR processes, recruitment platforms, and MS Office tools. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive attitude with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
