Roles and Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor all process, operations, and maintenance activities during the assigned shift. Ensure safe handling and operation of chemical and gas storage systems in compliance with regulatory requirements. Oversee routine inspections, testing, and equipment monitoring to maintain smooth and safe operations. Coordinate with the site incharge, maintenance teams, and control room for smooth shift handovers. Maintain accurate logs, shift reports, and incident records for internal and regulatory purposes. Respond promptly to operational issues, emergencies, or abnormal conditions, ensuring corrective actions are taken immediately. Guide and support shift staff to adhere to SOPs and safety procedures at all times. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations throughout all activities. Participate in safety drills, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support operational readiness for inspections and client or regulatory audits. Qualifications: A Degree in Chemistry or Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Technology with 5 years of experience in process, operations, and maintenance in chemical industries. OR a Master’s degree in Chemistry or a Degree in Chemical Engineering/Technology with 5 years of relevant experience. Strong understanding of plant operations, hazardous chemical handling, and safety protocols. Familiarity with control systems, testing procedures, and regulatory compliance standards. Good leadership and decision-making skills to manage the team effectively during shifts. Why Join Us?
