Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle from understanding requirements to onboarding.
• Source and screen candidates for a variety of IT (Developers, Engineers, etc.) and Non-IT Engineering roles (Electrical/Electronics, IOT, and Automation).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide market insights.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, follow-ups, and feedback loops.
• Drive employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement strategies.
• Maintain and update ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruitment reports.
• Manage recruitment vendors and internal databases to ensure quality sourcing pipelines.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience and timely communication throughout the process.
• Stay updated on industry hiring trends and salary benchmarks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, covering both IT and Non-IT hiring.
• Proven success in handling volume and niche hiring mandates.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques using job portals, social media, and networking.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under pressure.
