Roles and Responsibilities:- Monitor and operate Field equipment Analyze system performance and report anomalies Troubleshoot Issue Maintain logs and prepare reports Coordinate with field engineers for issue resolution Collaborate with other departments for smooth operations Follow standard operating process (SOPs) Provide support for new system implementations System Monitoring as per SLA Criteria Assist in preventive maintenance activities Support Site Team and Problem Solving skill Skill sets Good Technical Skill in Electrical Field Understanding of electrical circuits and schematics Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Good communication and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Familiarity with SCADA and PLC systems Ability to multitask and prioritize work Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies Team Work Ability Good to have skills Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills Experience with data analytics and reporting tools Basic knowledge of industrial automation Understanding of predictive maintenance technique Show more Show less
