Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Engineer based in Mumbai. The Junior Engineer will be responsible for assisting in the planning, development, and execution of engineering projects. Daily tasks will involve troubleshooting technical issues, conducting routine maintenance, working closely with senior engineers to develop strategies, and ensuring operational safety and efficiency. The role may also involve participation in quality control processes and adherence to project deadlines.

Qualifications

Technical skills: Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or electronic systems, troubleshooting, and familiarity with design software tools
Analytical and research skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to analyze and interpret technical data
Communication and teamwork: Effective written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Time management and organizational skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Electronic) or a related field
Knowledge of industry standards and safety protocols
Previous internship or project experience in engineering roles is a plus
