Key Responsibilities: • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers in industries where specific hydraulic systems are widely used. • Market Research: Analyse competitors, pricing trends, and customer needs in key verticals. • Customer Outreach: Assist in creating and executing targeted email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, In persion customer visits and follow-ups. • CRM Management: Help update and manage the company’s customer database with leads, opportunities, and follow-up notes. • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare quotations and respond to inquiries. You will need to interpret and apply GD&T symbols accurately and collaborate with manufacturing, testing, and quality teams to ensure design feasibility and functionality. Additionally, you will participate in design reviews, contribute ideas, troubleshoot design-related issues, and perform basic engineering calculations and tolerance stack-ups. Ensuring design compliance with industry standards and project specifications, as well as supporting prototyping and testing activities when necessary, will be key responsibilities.
