Talent Acquisition Specialist

0Role & responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for cultural and technical fit
• Maintain and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and campus drives
• Promote employer branding through digital campaigns and outreach initiatives
• Forecast hiring needs and build talent pipelines for future growth
• Facilitate offer negotiations and ensure a seamless onboarding experience

Maintain candidate relationships and nurture talent communities

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 4-6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
