Roles and Responsibilities We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring high-quality talent to support the growing needs of our manufacturing operations. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans. Source candidates through job portals, social media, campus drives, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies. Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and schedule final interviews. Ensure timely hiring for roles Collaborate with department heads to forecast manpower requirements aligned to business goals. Provide regular hiring updates and dashboards to leadership. Coordinate with external vendors and recruitment consultants to fill niche technical roles. Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate records. Draft job descriptions in consultation with hiring managers. Support offer rollout, negotiation, documentation, and joining formalities. Drive onboarding coordination in partnership with HR Operations. Track and analyze key recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring cost. Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, diversity guidelines, and local labour law compliance. Desired Candidate Profile: Master's degree (preferably in HR, or Management) 4-8 years of recruitment experience in large scale manufacturing/industrial/engineering companies. Strong understanding of electronic manufacturing profiles and factory-based hiring. Familiar with Tamil language (spoken/written) and local market dynamics is preferred. Proficient in MS Office, ATS tools, and social media hiring platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
