Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Deputy Manager/Manager to lead and manage the recruitment process, focusing on talent acquisition strategies, campus recruitment, and other HR-related projects in the electronics industry. This role will require a proactive individual with strong recruitment expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with different HR functions to meet the growing talent demands of the organization. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of recruitment processes, campus engagement, and HR project management.
