About Us:

Talent Acquisition Specialist


Job Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across clinical and non-clinical roles, with a strong focus on sourcing high-quality talent. You will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent that aligns with our organisational values and growth strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define job requirements.
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract candidates from

    various healthcare verticals

  • Manage the full recruitment life-cycle – from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and on-boarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key clinical and corporate positions.
  • Use job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events to reach passive and active candidates.
  • Collaborate with external recruitment partners when necessary, ensuring alignment with organisational standards.
  • Maintain and update recruitment metrics and dashboards for performance tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring regulations and internal policies.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree

    in Human Resources, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus).
  • 8-12 years

    of proven recruitment experience, preferably in

    healthcare, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, or life sciences

    sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of talent sourcing techniques and platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
  • Experience hiring for clinical, paramedical, lab, pharma sales, operations, and healthcare support roles is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
