We are seeking for highly motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to be based out in Mumbai or Pune at AU Small Finance Bank.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and local networks.
• Create and post job advertisements on platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and local job boards, ensuring alignment with job specific requirements.
• Travel to local markets, skill development centres, or career fairs to build relationships with potential candidates and promote job opportunities.
• Conduct interview drives by visiting branches and generate high employee referrals.
• Engage with candidates via regular communication providing updates various aspects of onboarding and making the onboarding experience smooth.
• Ensure candidates meet regulatory requirements and collect and verify work experience and KYC details. Conduct reference checks.

Requirements

• Minimum graduate. Post graduate degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or recruitment support.
• Proficiency in MS office and HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
