For our business, for clients, and for you Location: Bangalore Department: Talent Acquisition Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented recruiter with at least 3-4 year of experience in the Financial Services sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience for roles across banking, financial services, and insurance verticals. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for BFSI roles using job portals, social media, and internal databases Coordinate and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fit Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role expectations Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer rollouts Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and industry regulations Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings Stay updated on BFSI hiring trends and market intelligence Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the BFSI sector Familiarity with BFSI job roles and industry terminology Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment tools Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines efficiently DisclaimerUnsolicited CVs sent to Apex (Talent Acquisition Team or Hiring Managers) by recruitment agencies will not be accepted for this position.
