Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Anarvah, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle for open positions across the company. Your role will involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, attracting and sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and ensuring an efficient and effective hiring process that aligns with organizational goals. Your key responsibilities will include developing recruitment strategies in coordination with hiring managers, utilizing multiple sourcing channels such as job boards and social media to attract qualified candidates, conducting interviews and assessments to identify the best talent, scheduling and coordinating interviews, tracking key recruitment metrics, extending job offers and negotiating salaries, assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, and supporting HR operations initiatives. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple open roles simultaneously, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
