Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, building a strong talent pipeline, and enhancing our employer brand to attract top talent. This role is instrumental in supporting the organization’s growth by sourcing, attracting, and hiring the best candidates. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and onboarding). Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop job descriptions. Source candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events. Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview schedules. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data. Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Monitor and report on hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality. Stay current on recruiting trends and best practices. Skills and Qualification : Experience : 4-8 years Knowledge of HRIS systems and recruitment analytics tools.
