Key Responsibilities: Develop and expand the sales network in the assigned territory. Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and customers. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and drive sales growth. Achieve sales targets and market penetration goals. Provide regular market feedback and competitor analysis to support business strategy. Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate in Business/Commerce/Marketing or related field. 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in building materials, adhesives, paints, or related industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and achieve targets. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
