Job Title: Senior Maintenance Engineer Department: Maintenance Location: Kamothe-Navi Mumbai Job Summary: To ensure uninterrupted and efficient operation of plant machinery, equipment, and utilities in the lube oil manufacturing facility by implementing effective maintenance strategies, minimizing downtime, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for blending units, filling lines, pumps, compressors, boilers, gearboxes, conveyors, and other plant equipment. Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues before breakdowns occur. Respond promptly to equipment failures, diagnose root causes, and ensure quick corrective actions. Coordinate with operations to minimize production downtime during maintenance. Ensure optimum performance of critical assets like pumps, agitators, mixers, packaging lines, and utility systems (HVAC, cooling towers, DG sets).
