Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies for laboratory chemicals, analytical reagents, and standards.
Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities while nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and tender documents; ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer support.
Gather and share market intelligence, actively participate in trade fairs, exhibitions and product training sessions.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors degree in Chemistry or a related field.
1+ years of proven sales experience in laboratory chemicals, reagents, or analytical instruments.
Hands-on knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office applications, and tender/bidding portals.

Key Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Strong technical knowledge of laboratory chemicals and standards.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable, with readiness for extensive travel.
