Through check on the quality of the incoming raw materials and outgoing product Documentation & Compliance ISO - Ensuring the lab operates in compliance with ISO standards and other relevant regulatory guidelines, including document control, internal audits, and corrective actions Support internal and external audits, including ISO or customer-specific audits. Maintain test records, inspection logs, certificates of analysis, and quality documentation. EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) Ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations, protocols, and procedures Establish and promote a strong safety culture within the lab, conduct regular safety training for all personnel, and ensure they understand hazards, safe work practices, and emergency procedures. Collaboration Effectively communicating with other departments, stakeholders, and staff to ensure smooth laboratory operations. Complaints Addressing customer complaints by investigating issues, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining clear communication with the affected parties Qualifications & Experiences: Degree in BS. 2-4 years of experience. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
