Role Summary:

Perfume Trainer

Key Responsibilities:· Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training on perfume products, brand values, and olfactive storytelling.· Train sales teams and retail staff on fragrance notes, ingredients, and application techniques.· Support new employee onboarding with fragrance knowledge and customer service standards.· Drive product launch success through focused training campaigns.· Assess training impact via feedback, sales KPIs, and field visits.· Develop training content, including manuals, quizzes, visuals, and videos.· Stay updated on fragrance trends and competitor activity.· Represent the brand at events, launches, and in-store activations.· Visit stores regularly to coach teams and reinforce learning.· Report on training activities, performance metrics, and outcomes.Requirements:· Proven experience in fragrance training, luxury retail, or cosmetics (3–5 years preferred).· Strong knowledge of olfactory families, fragrance ingredients, and industry trends.· Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
