IT Recruiter / Recruitment Lead (Onsite Mylapore, Chennai)

Position 1: IT Recruiter (2+ Years Experience)

Job Summary:

IT Recruiters

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle IT recruitment from sourcing to offer closure
  • Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media & internal databases
  • Conduct HR screening and coordinate technical interviews
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs
  • Support onboarding and employer branding initiatives
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth hiring experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree / MBA in HR
  • 2+ years of IT recruitment experience

    (Preferred: IT Staffing/Consulting)
  • Good understanding of IT job roles & current hiring trends
  • Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Expertise in sourcing via job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search & networking
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities

Position 2: Recruitment Lead (5+ Years Experience)

Job Summary:

Recruitment Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT recruiters to meet hiring goals
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for niche IT roles (Cloud, Data, AI/ML, DevOps, Cybersecurity, ERP, etc.)
  • Conduct first-level screening calls to assess skills, experience & culture fit
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements & hiring strategies
  • Source candidates using advanced sourcing methods
    (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, niche forums)
  • Prepare and maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS & weekly/monthly reports
  • Maintain active talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
  • Track & optimize recruitment metrics for continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, SLAs & diversity goals

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of IT recruitment experience

    , with

    3+ years in a team lead role

  • Proven experience in niche IT hiring
  • Strong client management & stakeholder handling experience
  • Hands-on experience conducting screening calls
  • Expertise in recruitment analytics (Excel, ATS dashboards, MIS reporting)
  • Strong leadership, coaching & team management capabilities
  • Excellent sourcing, negotiation & closing skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
