We’re building a diverse team across functions like performance marketing, SEO, content, copywriting, graphic design, video editing, client servicing, operations, and other digital-first roles.   • tions.Proactively source and engage passive candidates using creative, non-generic methods (LinkedIn, niche platforms, communities, referrals,
  • etc.).Build and nurture talent pipelines for roles such as performance marketers, SEO specialists, copywriters, designers, video editors, and other emerging positions in the digital marketing ecos
  • ystem.Partner closely with hiring managers to decode role requirements beyond the job description—and craft compelling candidate narra
  • tives.Deliver a human-first candidate experience with timely, transparent, and empathetic communic
  • ation.Champion 8 Views as an employer of choice by authentically representing our culture, values, and mi
  • ssion.Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate satisfaction) to continuously refine your app
  • roach.Ensure all hiring practices align with legal standards, diversity principles, and internal guide
