Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter based in Kolkata. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's recruiting goals. Daily tasks include developing and implementing recruiting strategies, conducting interviews, coordinating with departments to understand hiring needs, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. The role also involves maintaining candidate databases and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and staffing Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies Proficient in applicant tracking systems and candidate management Knowledge of employment laws and regulations Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work collaboratively with various departments Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Show more Show less
