Recruiter


Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and networking.
  • Perform full-cycle recruiting including job posting, pre-screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of qualified professionals for recurring roles in US, LATAM, and India markets.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, account managers, and delivery leads to understand hiring needs and timelines.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems and ensure data integrity and compliance across recruitment activities.
  • Conduct initial HR and technical screenings to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interview schedules across multiple time zones.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Keep up-to-date with regional hiring trends and industry developments.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in technical/non-technical recruitment across international geographies.
  • Proven experience in recruiting for

    US staffing

    ; knowledge of

    LATAM

    and

    India

    sourcing is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with visa types (H1B, GC, US Citizen, etc.) and US hiring standards.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS tools and sourcing platforms.
  • Strong communication skills—verbal and written—with fluency in English.
  • Ability to work night shifts or overlapping hours with US and LATAM time zones.


Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience recruiting in IT consulting or staffing industry.
  • Spanish or Portuguese language proficiency (for LATAM sourcing) is a plus.
  • Located in

    Hyderabad

    or willing to relocate.
