Job Summary:

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment

  for IT roles (Java, Python, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, SAP, Testing, etc.) in the India domestic market.
• Work closely with internal delivery managers and client stakeholders to understand hiring needs and project timelines.
• Source candidates using platforms such as

  Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, and internal databases

  .
• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and technical competencies.
• Schedule interviews, collect feedback, and follow up to ensure timely closures.
• Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and joining follow-ups.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate records in the ATS.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for critical and recurring requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in IT recruitment

  for India-based roles, preferably in a staffing or consulting environment.
• Hands-on experience hiring for

  contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  Indian IT job market trends, technologies, and talent availability

  .
• Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to work

  onsite from our Hyderabad office

  .

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with

  IT services companies or staffing agencies

  .
• Familiarity with

  ATS tools

  and recruitment metrics.
• Ability to handle high-volume hiring and work under tight deadlines.
