The Opportunity
We’re looking for an outcome-focused
Talent Acquisition & Operations Specialist
to support our growing company. This elevated role combines end-to-end recruiting with ongoing Talent Acquisition Operations work, and responsibilities will flex based on business needs. During higher-volume periods, you’ll focus on sourcing, screening, and managing full-cycle recruiting for India-based contact center roles while continuing to support key operational tasks.Alongside recruiting, you’ll help build and maintain the TA infrastructure that supports long-term scalability including processes, documentation, reporting, workflows, and system improvements. This operational support will remain a steady part of the role, even during peak hiring periods.Success in this role requires strong time management, the ability to shift comfortably between recruiting and operations, and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience while strengthening the operational backbone of our TA function.
What You'll Do
Recruiting & Sourcing (Workload-Based Flexing)
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for India-based roles, including screening, interview coordination, offers, and candidate experience.
- Build and maintain pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in UKG Pro and related systems.
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify needs, align on expectations, and drive an efficient process.
Talent Acquisition Operations
- Create and maintain TA processes, workflows, SOPs, and documentation.
- Standardize templates, job posting guidelines, interview tools, and communication materials.
- Conduct quality checks on postings, data accuracy, and compliance.
- Continuously document and refine end-to-end TA processes for scalability.
Reporting, Data Tracking & Analysis
- Maintain TA dashboards, trackers, and weekly/monthly reporting.
- Clean and validate data across UKG and Excel-based tools.
- Track key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, SLAs, pipeline conversion).
- Support reporting and data requests for HR and TA leadership.
Process Improvement & Documentation
- Identify workflow gaps and recommend improvements.
- Document new processes with clarity and version control.
- Support rollout and training for new TA policies, tools, and guidelines.
Hiring Manager & Recruiter Enablement
- Maintain resource libraries, templates, and training materials.
- Reinforce consistent use of TA tools, processes, and documentation.
- Prepare materials for training sessions and refreshers.
What You'll Bring
- At least 3 years of recruiting experience supporting India hiring across a contact center environment
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in TA operations, HR operations, project management, or process documentation is preferred (or equivalent exposure through recruiting responsibilities)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong sourcing capability
- Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cleanup, reporting)
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and flex between recruiting and operations work
- Experience using ATS/HRIS systems; UKG Pro experience preferred
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth, or evolving environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work mid-shift hours with overlap to U.S. Eastern Time
- Ability to join immediately or with short notice (strongly preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in TA operations, HR operations, or project coordination
- Exposure to process mapping, SOP creation, or workflow documentation
- Familiarity with job posting optimization and candidate experience initiatives
