ExxonMobil Affiliates in India


ExxonMobil’s affiliates have offices in India in Bengaluru, Mumbai and the National Capital Region.


ExxonMobil’s affiliates in India supporting the Product Solutions business engage in the marketing, sales and distribution of performance as well as specialty products across chemicals and lubricants businesses. The India planning teams are also embedded with global business units for business planning and analytics.


ExxonMobil’s LNG affiliate in India supporting the upstream business provides consultant services for other ExxonMobil upstream affiliates and conducts LNG market-development activities.


The Global Business Center - Technology Center provides a range of technical and business support services for ExxonMobil’s operations around the globe.

What role you will play in our team


Support the implementation and execution of recruitment processes.


What you will do


  • Supervise day-to-day recruitment activities, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery across requisitions.
  • Guide and support Talent Acquisition Coordinators and set performance goals.
  • Monitor team performance against hiring targets, SLAs, KPIs and candidate experience metrics.
  • Ensure consistent application of recruitment policies, tools, and workflows.
  • Foster culture of accountability, innovation & continuous improvement
  • Act as escalation Point of Contact
  • Contribute to workforce planning discussions by sharing frontline recruitment observations.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement through identification & execution of high-impact, prioritized initiatives


About you


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in: Business administration, Human resources or equivalent field. Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment operations or coordination.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supervising /mentoring recruiting coordinator or HR support staff role.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Led process improvement/ new tool implementation in recruitment operations environment
  • Prior experience in managing high-volume interview scheduling across multiple teams or regions
  • Collaboration & ability to effectively work across multiple organizations, teams and vendors
  • Experience and deep understanding of end-to-end Talent Acquisition process
  • Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication
  • Interpersonal Skills: Building strong relationships, networking and optimum bonding with team
  • Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze data and metrics to improve strategies and processes.
  • Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address and resolve recruitment challenges creatively and effectively.
  • Adaptability: Being flexible and open to change in a fast-paced environment
