Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage the TA Operations team to ensure seamless TA operations.
• Oversee end-to-end TA coordination for senior-level and confidential positions, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism throughout the process.
• Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and complex cases within the TA Operations team.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in all recruitment processes.
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching and training, and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Continuously review and improve TA operations processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare and present regular reports and updates to department heads and senior leadership.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in talent acquisition.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition operations, with at least 10 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
• Hands-on approach with a willingness to actively participate in day-to-day operations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with senior leaders and manage complex TA scenarios.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (preferably Workday and Eightfold) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
