Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager located in Gurugram. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, ensuring a smooth and effective hiring process. This includes sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates while maintaining a strong employer brand. Day-to-day tasks will involve collaborating with department heads, developing recruiting strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive End-to-End Recruitment

    : Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selection, and onboarding across multiple functions.
  2. Data-Driven Decision Making:

    Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics (e.g., TAT, source effectiveness, cost per hire) to drive performance and improve hiring quality.
  3. Sourcing Strategy & Execution:

    Use innovative sourcing techniques via social platforms, job boards, employee referrals, and networks to build strong pipelines of talent.
  4. Workforce Planning:

    Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand workforce needs and plan for short- and long-term hiring.
  5. Candidate Experience:

    Ensure a positive and professional experience for candidates at every stage of the recruitment process.
  6. Process Improvement:

    Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes to reduce inefficiencies, improve quality of hires, and align with business goals.


Requirements

  1. Minimum 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the QSR, F&B, or cloud kitchen industry.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  3. Strong analytical mindset and comfort with recruitment dashboards & ATS systems.
  4. Proven ability to hire for diverse roles across functions (operations, culinary, supply chain, etc.).
  5. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  6. Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
  7. Working knowledge of Keka HRMS or other HR management systems is preferred.
