  • Manager (Hyderabad & Kolkata) – Up to ₹12 LPA. Preferred experience: 8+ years in recruitment with demonstrated success in bulk/volume hiring, workforce planning, and stakeholder management.
  • Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager (Hyderabad, Kolkata, Kadapa & Kurnool) – Minimum 3+ years in volume hiring, campus recruitment, or job melas. Locations: Hyderabad, Kadapa, Kurnool & Kolkata.
Role & Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for retail pharmacists and store roles across multiple locations, with clear delivery targets tied to business needs (e.g., achieve 50–200 hires/month depending on region and role; targets will be set per location and grade).
  • Drive outcome-focused volume hiring campaigns (mass drives, job melas, campus hiring) to meet staffing targets and convert screened candidates to onboarded hires at campaign conversion rates of 60–85%.
  • Maintain time-to-fill and quality targets: target average time-to-fill of 25–35 days for pharmacist/store-manager roles and 10–20 days for store associate roles (actual SLAs set by role/location).
  • Improve and sustain hiring metrics, including offer acceptance rate >=85%, onboarding completion rate >=95% within first month, and first-90-day retention >=85% for new hires.
  • Partner with hiring managers and regional stakeholders to prioritize requisitions and close roles within agreed SLAs; aim to keep vacancy rate below 5% for critical operational roles.
  • Lead workforce planning and forecasting activities to support store openings, seasonal demand, and attrition—deliver accurate headcount forecasts and recruitment pipelines to meet short- and long-term business needs (forecast accuracy target >90%).
  • Measure and report recruitment performance weekly/monthly (time-to-fill, hires per recruiter, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, hiring manager satisfaction) and use insights to continuously optimize channels and processes.
  • Drive employer branding and candidate experience initiatives to improve talent attraction and candidate NPS; set measurable goals for brand campaigns and track source ROI.
  • Support HR operations end-to-end: manage offers, onboarding, induction, payroll coordination and ensure onboarding processes are completed timely and accurately.
  • Champion HR digitization for recruitment (automation, career site, applicant tracking enhancements, PMS/C&B integration) to reduce manual cycle time and improve recruiter productivity (target: reduce cycle time by ~20% through automation initiatives).
  • Manage vendor relationships, recruitment budgets and negotiate competitive rates to meet cost-per-hire targets while ensuring hiring velocity.
  • Coordinate regional recruitment activities to ensure uninterrupted store operations through proactive planning, weekly status updates and close collaboration with branch and leadership teams.

  • Proven sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiation skills in fast-paced, multi-location environments.
