Talent Acquisition Manager

We are hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with strong exposure to Real Estate / Construction hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment across project sites, corporate office, and support functions.

The role involves partnering with business and project leadership to deliver timely, quality hiring aligned with project timelines.

Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Real Estate / Construction roles including:

• Project Managers, Site Engineers, Planning Engineers

• Quantity Surveyors, Billing Engineers

• Contracts, Procurement, Safety, QA/QC

• Sales, CRM, Facility Management, Corporate roles

• Work closely with Project Heads, Site Heads, and Functional Leaders on manpower planning.

• Execute bulk hiring for project sites and lateral / leadership hiring for corporate roles.

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, site hiring, and internal databases.

• Coordinate and conduct HR interviews and support technical interview panels.

• Manage offer rollout, salary negotiations, documentation, and onboarding.

• Liaise with consultants and ensure cost-effective hiring.

• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and dashboards.

• Ensure smooth joining and reduce offer dropouts.

• Support employer branding initiatives for project and corporate hiring.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong exposure to project-based and site hiring

• Ability to handle high-volume and time-bound hiring

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Experience working with multiple project locations preferred
