Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer with a strong focus on real estate marketing. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a keen eye for detail, capable of creating visually appealing and effective marketing materials. This role will involve developing new campaign creatives, videos, social media assets, brochures, leaflets, and other marketing collateral. Key Responsibilities: 1. Campaign Creative Development: - Conceptualize and design graphics for real estate marketing campaigns, including digital and print media. - Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the visual identity aligns with campaign goals. 2. Video Creation: - Create engaging videos for real estate listings, company promotions, and events. - Utilize motion graphics and animations to enhance video content. 3. Social Media Creatives: - Design visually compelling graphics for social media platforms to increase engagement. - Develop and maintain a consistent brand style across all social media channels. 4. Brochures and Leaflets: - Design brochures, leaflets, and other print materials for property listings and company branding. - Ensure all print materials are print-ready and meet quality standards. 5. Marketing Collateral: - Develop various marketing materials, including banners, posters, advertisements, and email templates. - Adapt designs for different formats and sizes as required. 6. Brand Consistency: - Maintain brand consistency across all design projects. - Develop and adhere to brand guidelines, ensuring all materials reflect the company's image and values. 7. Collaboration and Feedback: - Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements. - Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs. - Design Skills: - Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design. - Ability to create both static and dynamic visual content. - Knowledge of designing for both digital and print media. - Real Estate Experience: - Prior experience in designing for real estate projects is highly preferred. - Understanding of real estate marketing trends and consumer behavior. - Technical Skills: - Familiarity with 3D rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, Blender) is a plus. - Knowledge of web design and user interface design principles is advantageous. - Soft Skills: - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Attention to detail and a strong sense of creativity. Educational Background: - A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred. - A portfolio showcasing relevant design work, particularly in real estate or related industries.
