We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Social Media Manager with proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across major social platforms. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in social media management, strong knowledge of ad campaign strategy, and the ability to create engaging content that drives results for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Strategise, set up, and manage paid advertising campaigns to meet client goals. Optimise ad performance using analytics and A/B testing. Manage daily posting, comments, and messages, ensuring timely responses. Monitor and analyse performance metrics, generating reports to improve strategy. Collaborate with the marketing team for consistent brand messaging. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Create basic graphics, reels, and short-form videos for promotions. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management. Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn (mandatory). Proficiency in social media platforms and basic content creation tools (e.g., Canva). Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience using analytics tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics). Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
