Role Overview

• Lead end-to-end hiring for GCC of Staples India.
• Develop talent pipelines and drive employer branding across various functions of Staples India Business Innovation Hub.
• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders and ensure seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business and HR leaders to understand hiring needs and create GCC-specific plans.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles.
• Ensure alignment with GCC labour regulations, internal programs and hiring requirements.
• Maintain strong knowledge of GCC talent pools & industries for diverse functions.
• Build diverse talent pipelines using social media platforms & strong networking.
• Strengthen employer brand visibility across GCC.
• Act as a talent advisor to senior leaders with insights and dashboards.
• Ensure superior candidate experience and process excellence.
• Manage recruitment partners and optimize agency performance.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certifications such as CIPD or SHRM will be added advantage.

Preferred Experience

• 10–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• At least 5 years of experience hiring specifically for GCC markets.
• Experience in Technology, Retail, Shared Services, or GCC-based MNCs is preferred.
