Job Purpose : -

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead end-to-end recruitment while driving strategic manpower planning and hiring budgets aligned with organizational goals. The role requires close collaboration with business leaders to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality talent acquisition across functions.

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for all levels including lateral, senior, and leadership hiring.
  • Partner with business heads to understand workforce requirements and define hiring strategies.
  • Build strong talent pipelines through sourcing channels, referrals, agencies, and direct hiring.
  • Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality-of-hire standards.
  • Strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Manpower Planning

  • Drive annual and quarterly manpower planning in alignment with business forecasts.
  • Analyze current workforce strength, attrition trends, and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to optimize headcount planning and approvals.
  • Ensure manpower plans align with organizational structure and growth objectives.

Budgeting & Cost Management

  • Prepare, manage, and track recruitment budgets and cost-per-hire metrics.
  • Optimize hiring costs through vendor negotiations, sourcing strategies, and process improvements.
  • Monitor recruitment spends against approved budgets and provide variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring budgets and financial controls.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership and hiring managers.
  • Manage recruitment vendors, consultants, and job portals; negotiate commercial terms and SLAs.
  • Review vendor performance and ensure service quality and compliance.

Process Excellence & Reporting

  • Streamline recruitment processes and ensure adherence to hiring policies and timelines.
  • Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and analytics for leadership reviews.
  • Track key metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, cost per hire, and attrition impact.
  • Ensure documentation, background checks, and onboarding coordination are completed accurately.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Set performance goals, monitor productivity, and drive continuous improvement.
