What you'll be doing:


  • You will manage the full-cycle from creative sourcing to complex closing, advise on interview best practices, refine processes and build diverse talent pools.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve our approach and drive meaningful changes.
  • Leveraging data to influence hiring managers will be key.
  • Go above and beyond to ensure a great candidate and hiring manager experience. You'll champion our brand and values to the highest standards.
  • Everyone in our team has different strengths and passion areas. You'll step up to mentor others around you to better the whole team.
  • Identifying and engaging with both passive and active talent through use of Boolean, LinkedIn, social media, and creative search techniques
  • Creating successful sourcing strategies through LinkedIn and other resources tailored to individual business needs and markets
  • Collaborating with candidates and coordinators in scheduling interviews and collecting interview feedback
  • Utilizing our tools to provide talent market insights and data to influence decisions
  • Promoting exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process
  • Understanding different business functions and how they fit into the overall company - be able to educate external talent about different areas within Credgenics.


What we're looking for:


  • Best-in-class full-cycle recruiting experience with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience which includes talent branding, sourcing strategies, selection process, candidate experience, data management and all the related responsibilities.
  • Ability to handle a team size of 5 - 7 recruiters with diligence.
  • Creative in your approach and understand the work ethic it takes to hire incredible, diverse tech talent.
  • Prior experience in developing and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders, hiring managers including HRBPs.
  • Experience in ATS and other new world recruitment tools, technologies and platforms to improve process efficiencies
  • Outstanding assessment and interviewing skills; strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments, and processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of the recruiting landscape with ability to produce external trends, market intelligence and industry insights
  • Demonstrated ability to listen, understand, convey, and relate ideas, concepts and issues clearly and confidently through all channels while having an awareness of environmental cues.
  • Ability to build and sustain trust while leveraging partnerships at all levels.
  • Proven ability to perform in a dynamic fast paced environment with a strong commitment towards deadlines.
