Job Purpose:

The Learning & Development Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals. The role focuses on enhancing employee capability, leadership effectiveness, and overall performance across levels

  • Develop and implement organization-wide Learning & Development (L&D) strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify training needs through performance reviews, competency mapping, and stakeholder interactions.
  • Design and deliver training programs including onboarding, functional skills, behavioral skills, leadership development, and compliance training.
  • Manage leadership development initiatives and succession planning programs.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external training vendors to deliver impactful learning solutions.
  • Create and manage annual training calendars and budgets.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics; ensure continuous improvement.
  • Drive digital learning initiatives, LMS management, and blended learning approaches.
  • Mentor and guide the L&D team and support trainers/facilitators.
  • Ensure training documentation, records, and MIS reports are maintained accurately.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, learning technologies, and best practices.
