Experience :- 8+ years Job Responsibility :- a. Talent Acquisition Strategy Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with business goals. Forecast hiring needs and create plans to meet long-term organizational growth. Introduce and maintain employer branding initiatives. b. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and manage the talent acquisition/recruiting team. Build a high-performing recruitment team and establish clear performance metrics. c. Process Optimization Streamline recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience. Leverage data and analytics to monitor key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire). d. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs. Advise executives on talent market trends and workforce planning. e. Technology & Tools Oversee the implementation and optimization of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR tech. Stay updated on recruiting tools and platforms that enhance sourcing and hiring. f. Diversity & Inclusion Champion diversity hiring initiatives and inclusive recruitment practices. g.
