Experience: 10+ years Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Head who will bring deep expertise in brand management, sales strategy, and digital marketing within the FMCG or Home Care/Fabric Care segment. This role demands a strategic thinker with proven leadership capabilities and a strong grasp of modern business growth levers. Key Responsibilities: Lead, drive, and scale the PUER brand through innovative strategies and focused execution. Own the P&L, driving growth through customer acquisition, retention, product expansion, marketing excellence, and robust distribution. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective business plans. Analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and digital metrics to enhance conversion rates and identify new growth opportunities. Stay updated on emerging technologies and digital innovations that can enhance brand performance and consumer engagement. Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and performance to achieve quarterly and annual growth goals. Required Experience: 10–12 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in FMCG, Home Care, or Fabric Care sectors. Strong background in brand management and digital marketing within a consumer-focused organization. Demonstrated success in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns to build brand equity and drive customer acquisition. Proven track record in managing GT (General Trade) and standalone retail operations. Hands-on experience with analytics tools and platforms to measure, evaluate, and optimize performance.
