Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about people, communication, and helping others find the right career fit. Key Responsibilities: Understand job descriptions and hiring needs from hiring managers. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams. Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking sheets. Communicate with candidates regarding job openings, feedback, and offer processes. Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation. Provide a great candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational ability. Basic understanding of job portals and LinkedIn. Good time management and multitasking abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
