Talent Acquisition Lead

Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process for all levels within the organization. Develop, implement, and refine talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent in line with business goals. Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and forecast future staffing requirements. Design and manage sourcing strategies, utilizing multiple channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition specialists, ensuring efficient execution of the recruitment process and high-quality hires. Conduct senior-level and specialized role interviews, ensuring a high level of assessment rigor. Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and negotiate contracts as needed. Monitor key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, to assess and improve talent acquisition processes. Drive employer-branding initiatives to enhance the companys reputation as an employer of choice. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Stay updated on talent market trends, industry best practices, and competitor hiring strategies. Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and company hiring policies. Lead diversity and inclusion recruitment efforts, ensuring diverse and equitable hiring practices. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree / MBA in HR 8-10 Years Required skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes. Expertise in sourcing and recruitment strategies, including passive candidate sourcing. High-level communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities. Preferred Skills: Experience in recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies. Familiarity with executive search and headhunting methods. Knowledge of compensation and negotiation techniques. Experience in leading diversity and inclusion recruitment initiatives.
