We have an Urgent #hiring for a Account Manager at Genesys International Corporation Ltd, (Work from Office) SEEPZ, Andheri (E) : 8 To 12 Years Job Summary: Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial activities of the Operations team. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, coordinating with finance team, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Accounts Manager will collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes, implement effective financial controls, and contribute to the overall financial health of the Operations team. This will be a key role in managing our Project costing, planning, budgeting & tracking. Key Responsibilities: Financial Management: Develop and implement financial policies & procedures. Internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information. Monitor, analyse, financial data providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Initiate steps for project savings. Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to assess the financial performance of the Operations team. Plan, Create and Monitor Settlement Cycle. Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger (GL) activities of the Operations team. Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions and reconciliations. Coordinate and facilitate the month-end and year-end closing processes. Cash Flow Management: Manage and optimize cash flow to meet operational needs. Monitor and control expenses to ensure financial stability and sustainability. Monitor and control Advance Vs Settlements. Flashing Weekly / Fortnightly / monthly Outstanding Statements to Stakeholders for recoveries / reconciliations / settlements. MIS & Financial Reporting: Submit Project wise Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) periodically as defined. Prepare and present regular financial reports to executive leadership, providing key insights and recommendations. Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports to HOD. Maintain Project wise MIS reports & publish them to management as needed. Team Leadership and Development: Lead and develop the finance and accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth. Provide periodic trainings to include Self Development, Target Achievement (orientation) Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture
