As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and recruiting top-notch candidates for our organization. This is a full-time position based in Chandigarh, India, with an employment type of 'Full-Time'. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Qualifications And Skills. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive or in a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with various sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Roles And Responsibilities. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels:online job portals, social media, networking, referrals, etc.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize recruitment software and tools to streamline the hiring process and maintain accurate candidate records.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to optimize recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives
