Job Overview. We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team at Touchstone Educationals LLP. As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and recruiting top-notch candidates for our organization. This is a full-time position based in Chandigarh, India, with an employment type of 'Full-Time'. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition.

Qualifications And Skills. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive or in a similar role.

Hands-on experience with various sourcing techniques and tools.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Roles And Responsibilities. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels:online job portals, social media, networking, referrals, etc.

Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Utilize recruitment software and tools to streamline the hiring process and maintain accurate candidate records.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Collaborate with the HR team to optimize recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives
