approach, and execution capabilities. Using these, we deliver annual reports, sustainability reports,

Integrated reports, corporate websites, rebrands, culture and EVPs as well as ESG frameworks and

assistance in target setting and amplification. This is done by a diverse team of 130+ people, working

chiefly across two studios – Mumbai and Kolkata. Our clients value for the unique service value

business and articulate it to the world at large – chiefly investors, employees, partners, analysts and

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. This role will have a

strong focus on Talent Acquisition (TA), while also contributing to the wider HR lifecycle

Management including operations, engagement, and policy implementation. The HR Executive will

be instrumental in ensuring Stirrup attracts, hires, and retains the right talent, while fostering a

positive and thriving workplace culture.

About the Role:

Talent Acquisition (Core Responsibility)

● Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: workforce planning, sourcing, screening,

interviewing, and closing roles.

● Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and align recruitment strategies.

● Build strong talent pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

● Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.

● Maintain recruitment dashboards and track key TA metrics (time-to-hire, offer-to-join ratio,

source effectiveness).


Onboarding & Induction

● Conduct structured induction programs to integrate new hires into the organization.

● Ensure compliance with documentation and HR processes for smooth joining.

● Act as a point of contact for new employees, guiding them during their initial months.


HR Operations & Policy Implementation

● Maintain HRMS and employee records accurately.

● Support payroll inputs, leave management, and benefits administration.

● Ensure HR policies are implemented effectively and aligned with compliance standards.


Employee Engagement & Culture Building

● Plan and execute engagement initiatives to strengthen collaboration and morale.

● Conduct regular feedback sessions and surveys to assess employee satisfaction.

● Support performance management and learning initiatives.


What We're Looking For:

● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

● 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR operations.

● Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, HR processes, and compliance.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and employees.

● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
